Kürtősh is a well-known patisserie in Sydney with locations in Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Randwick, Crows Nest and Wollongong. Kürtősh is famous for its hand-crafted pastries and delicious cakes. They engaged with OCTOS because they were looking to grow their online presence.


Kürtősh’s objectives were to increase Google Maps rankings and online engagement.

The OCTOS Approach

From August to September 2017, we commenced our online digital strategy, focusing on optimising Kürtősh’s Google Plus and Google My Business page. We also created listings in niche directories in order to achieve our goal.

In a short period of time we executed these steps:

  • Enhanced Google My Business and Google Plus page.
  • Received all business details for each location.
  • Kürtősh was then listed in several local and niche business directories to boost the brand’s search engine rankings and increase online popularity.
  • Removed incorrect and duplicate citations.
  • Tracking codes were utilised to monitor the number of visitors and the number of clicks. These tracking codes allowed us to monitor the strategy for continued effectiveness.
